Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Gaming Reality Check: Tensor G4 Vapor Chamber vs BGMI 60 FPS

Pixel phones have historically struggled with thermal throttling in tropical Indian climates. With the Pixel 9 Pro XL, Google finally integrated a custom vapor chamber alongside the Tensor G4 processor. We put Google\'s AI flagship to an objective gaming test.

1. BGMI Frame Stability & Thermal Findings

Unlike previous Tensor chips that throttled violently after 15 minutes, the Tensor G4 and vapor chamber held a stable 60 FPS in BGMI without dimming the magnificent Super Actua display. However, it still lacks native 90 FPS or 120 FPS support in BGMI, meaning hardcore competitive players should look toward Snapdragon 8 Elite flagships.
